Taping box dimensions onto the folding table ensures every garment is folded to fit perfectly in its shipping box. For shops using multiple box sizes, different tape outlines can be marked on the same table—each in a unique color—so staff can quickly fold to the correct size. This keeps stacks uniform and prevents wasted space from over- or under-folding.

While one person folds, another pre-packs and labels boxes with size breakdowns and shipping labels. A green sticker marks which garments go in each box, reducing errors, eliminating repacking, and keeping the packing process fast and consistent, even when several box sizes are in use.
