Cardboard Ink Bucket Lids

A simple way to keep your 5-gallon ink buckets clean is by using disposable scoop rests. Cut circular lids from shirt boxes (or any scrap cardboard), add a notch or half-moon opening, and place them over the bucket so your spatula or scoop can rest without dripping all over. 

When they get messy, just toss and replace. If you prefer something sturdier, you can cut the same style hole directly into the bucket’s plastic lid instead.
