Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Use two washout booths. One is for ink removal and all contaminated work. The other is kept strictly for degreasing and developing screens. This isolates dirty splash from clean screens and reduces pinholes and contamination.
Space is the usual objection, but the separation eliminates preventable defects.
