Dedicated Fleece Pallets

Cursor Icon SHARE A SHOP HACK

Fleece has a way of eating through pallet adhesive faster than standard tees, forcing constant stops to reapply tack. A smart workaround is to dedicate a separate set of pallets specifically for fleece jobs. Keep them prepped with web glue and ready to swap, while your t-shirt pallets stay set up with water-based adhesive for cotton runs.

This split approach means you’re not wasting time scraping, cleaning, or re-taping pallets mid-shift just to switch garment types. Instead, when a fleece order comes up, you roll in the fleece pallets, run the job, and roll them back out. It keeps adhesive performance consistent, reduces downtime, and extends the life of each pallet set.
