DIY Cool Down Head

Keeping production moving after a flash unit can be tricky when ink stays too hot. A simple fix is to mount a box fan inside a spare screen frame right on the press.
Using nothing more than a Walmart fan, a few zip ties, and frame brackets, you can instantly cool ink before it hits the next head. It’s a cheap, effective solution that keeps prints crisp and downtime minimal.
