DIY DTF Roll Dispenser

Cutting DTF gang sheets off a roll is awkward when the material collapses, telescopes, or drags across the table. A proper dispenser solves this by supporting the roll, keeping tension even, and letting you pull material straight while cutting cleanly.

ULINE dispensers work well when your roll width matches the frame and rollers. The problem starts when you move into wider rolls or nonstandard sizes that no longer fit the dispenser you already own. At that point, the function you need is simply smooth, supported rollers, not a branded steel housing.

Buy individual roller brackets and rollers online, mount them to 2x4s at the width you need, and build a dispenser that matches your workflow instead of fighting it.
