Dry Screens Vertically
Dry your screens vertically to stop mineral-heavy rinse water from wrecking your meshes. Flat racks let drips fall onto the next screen, creating dried spots that turn into fish eyes when you coat. Standing the screens upright lets every drop fall away from the mesh instead of onto another screen.
This single change eliminates most drip-related defects. If you want a higher tier setup, use air knives so screens exit reclaim already dry. That removes the drip issue entirely and tightens consistency across your whole reclaim line.
