A two-eyes review system is one of the simplest ways to prevent expensive mistakes in a print shop. Instead of letting a salesperson send a proof straight to a customer, the proof first gets a technical review from production—someone who actually understands ink behavior, underbases, fabric issues, and print limitations. 

This quick internal checkpoint catches problems before the customer ever approves artwork, eliminating situations where the team has to solve a technical issue after it’s already “locked in.” By the time the job reaches the press, the proof is treated as the ultimate source of truth: accurate sizing, realistic mockups, and expectations documented clearly.
