Idiot Proof Which Sleeve to Print
Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Sleeve prints get messed up for the dumbest reason: left and right look obvious until the moment they are not. One simple fix is putting a strip of tape directly on the sleeve that is supposed to be printed before the stack ever reaches the press.
The tape turns the mockup decision into a physical marker, removing interpretation and memory from the process. When the top shirt has tape on the correct sleeve, the entire stack is mentally confirmed without a second thought.
This matters most because sleeve prints are usually last, after the front and back are already perfect, and one mistake nukes the whole job. This is not about intelligence, it is about designing workflows that survive distraction.
