Manual Screen Film Alignment
Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Manually lining up film to screens is one of those small tasks that quietly wastes time and introduces inconsistency.
A simple fix is to include the screen frame itself inside your artwork file before outputting the transparency. Print the film at full screen size, place it on the table, then drop the screen directly on top and align frame to frame.
No rulers, no tape measures, no guessing offsets, no drifting placements between jobs. The position is locked in at the design stage instead of being decided under shop lighting with ink drying on the clock.
For small shops and short runs, this turns registration into a repeatable setup step instead of a recurring problem.
