Manual Screen Re-Prints

Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients

In a manual shop, a misprint or small touch up usually turns into guesswork and wasted shirts. Instead of eyeballing registration, burn a clean uninked version of the screen as a setup tool. Load the garment and use that clean screen to line everything up perfectly on press.

Once registration is locked, swap in the inked screen without moving the platen or clamps. This turns a stressful reprint into a controlled, repeatable process. Manual shops win with consistency, not correction by feel.
