One-Operator Print Flow

Cursor Icon SHARE A SHOP HACK

A return-belt dryer, like a Chiossi e Cavazzuti unit, can transform a manual print shop’s workflow when staff is limited. By allowing garments to return to the operator’s position after curing, one person can load, unload, and handle folding or reloading without moving stations. This is especially valuable for sleeve prints, where the same shirt can be immediately reloaded for the opposite sleeve without double handling.

The integrated return system eliminates the need for a separate post-production step. Shirts are finished, folded, and stacked right as they come off the dryer, avoiding pile-ups and size-sorting delays. For small teams, this setup condenses production and finishing into one streamlined motion, cutting wasted movement and boosting output without adding extra labor.
