Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Using a squeegee wider than your pallet is a silent killer in screen printing. It may look harmless, but once the rubber edge extends past the pallet, pressure marks and dye migration become inevitable. Even worse, it grinds away at the emulsion near your screen edges, shortening screen life.
Always match your squeegee width to the pallet—never exceed it. For instance, running a 16-inch squeegee on a 14-inch or narrow sleeve pallet guarantees visible print defects and edge damage.
Keep your gear matched and your prints flawless.
