Stain Removal, The Right Way
Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Treat stains chemically, not aggressively. Oxygen bleach should be the default tool in any print shop laundry setup, since chlorine bleach is largely obsolete outside medical sanitation.
Oxygen bleach works by breaking down stain color at a microscopic level instead of damaging fabric to hide it. Hydrogen peroxide sprays or powdered oxygen bleach like OxyClean handle yellow collars, underarms, and ink discoloration without weakening garments.
Let the oxygen bleach air dry and avoid sun drying, which can permanently set stains. Used correctly, this becomes a repeatable, low-risk way to recover garments that would otherwise be written off as losses.
