Test Dischard Inside a Pocket
Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Testing discharge on fleece can be risky when you don’t know how a garment will react, especially with blends that behave differently under heat. A simple workaround is to use the inside of the kangaroo pocket as a hidden test zone.
Pull a small section of the inner pocket fabric out, apply a bit of activated discharge ink, and run it through the dryer. The result shows you exactly how the material reacts without marking any visible surface of the hoodie.
This quick test prevents ruined blanks and lets you adjust your approach before committing to screens, mesh counts, or full ink mixes.
