Two Screens for Detail

Use two screens for the same color when you need both fine detail and solid coverage. One screen carries the high-mesh halftone detail so nothing gets blown out when printing. The second screen is a lower-mesh spot-fill that lays down the dense areas cleanly. 

This prevents muddy edges, over-deposit, or detail loss when doing multiple passes. It’s technically “one color” but it prints like it actually cares about how it looks.
