Visual Separators for Stacked Shirts
Tape Ink Pallet Screen Equipment Squeegee Print Mesh Emulsion Clients
Use an off-color shirt as the size divider when moving from one size to the next in a print run. Throw that shirt onto the dryer belt right at the size change so the stack in the box has a hard breakpoint.
This removes the need to read every tag to figure out where the next size starts. A full shirt stays visible even if it drops deep into the bin. Paper scraps and index cards shift, bury themselves, and create mistakes. A real shirt never disappears and gives an unmistakable separation.
